Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is quickly sneaking up on us and we are hosting at our house this year. Here is our tentative menu with all the usual dishes, but I am looking for some new fresh ideas. Got any recipes that are yummy yet easy and will fit in with all the other Thanksgiving Dishes?
Turkey (specialty store bought and pre-cooked LOL)
Ham (In-laws will probably handle this one)
Mac and Cheese (Husband's Family Recipe)
Dressing/Stuffing (I honestly have no clue how to make this)
Green Salad
Green Bean Casserole (Recipe off the Campbell's site) or some other type of veggie (or two)
Sweet Potatoes (Love these but have never made them, so they may or may not make an appearance)
Desserts (No clue what yet)
Rolls (Husband's tradition to get the Grady's kind that have to rise. YUM!)

Hey, I've got a great sweet potato recipe that has butter, brown sugar & pecans. It's almost like eating a dessert!
(I will email it to you this weekend.)

Making mashed potatoes is always a big hit in our household. It is super easy. Just peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and then boil. Once cooked, can be pierced with a fork, time to mash. Add a little bit of milk and butter mix with mixer and you are done.

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free.
