Salsa Steak
2 lbs boneless beef top round steak, cut 1 in. thick
1 to 2 large red and/or green sweet peppers seeded and cut into bite size
1 medium onion, sliced
1 10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 C bottled salsa
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp dry mustard
Cut steak in 6 serving size pieces.
Place steak, onion and sweet pepper in your crockpot.
In a medium bowl, stir together soup, salsa, flour and mustard.
Pour over steak and veggies in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 8 or 10 hours or high 6 hours.
