Chicken Tetrazzini
This was yummy. I really liked it. This was the first time I had made it. I would like to try a Turkey one just for a different meat.
Chicken Tetrazzini
1 lb spaghetti, broken up
2 cans cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
A package of shredded cheddar...16oz maybe? not sure. lol
2 large cans of chicken breast (I used the pre-cooked chicken in the meat section)
Diced up mushrooms sauteed in butter and a little garlic (We don't like mushrooms, so we skipped this)
A small can or 2 of diced chiles
A cup or so of chicken broth (I used the roasted garlic kind)
A sleeve or 2 of Ritz crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 375. Boil spaghetti. While it's boiling, sautee your mushrooms and then put to the side. Heat soup in a saucepan and then add your cheese, chicken, mushrooms, peppers....whatever extras you want.
After your spaghetti is cooked and drained, mix it in with the soup mixture. Now add your broth a bit at a time until the mixture is nice and 'wet'. Put in 13x9. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Pull out and add the crackers on top. Bake another 5 minutes.

We just made rotiserie chicken in the crock pot today. This would be the perfect recipe to use with the chicken. Thank you so much. My grandma is coming over for dinner tomorrow, and I know she will love this.
