Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
1 Pork Shoulder
1/2 C BBQ Sauce
1 Onion Sliced

Place the pork shoulder in your crockpot. Lay the onion slices on the pork. Pour the BBQ sauce over the top of it all.
Cook in your crockpot for 8-10 hours on low.
Remove from crockpot, pull it apart with a fork and serve over buns or hoagies. You can add cheese if desired.

I made this tonight for the second time. It is good, but really needs more flavoring. So I need to do some tweeking to it and am always open to suggestions.

Here it is before I cooked it. And yes, I always use Crockpot liners. LOL Makes it easier for my husband when he does dishes.

They are one of those "Duh" inventions. I can't believe it took this long for them to be created. We get them at the grocery store either by the Aluminum Foil or by the Ziploc Baggies. Hope you can find them!
